Marc Rubinsohn serves as the CFO for GPX Enterprises and all of its subsidiary companies, including Evolve IP and GPX Realty Partners.

Mr. Rubinsohn is a Certified Public Accountant and has many years of accounting and finance experience. Prior to joining GPX Enterprises, Mr. Rubinsohn worked at Commerce Capital Markets, Inc., the broker-dealer subsidiary at Commerce Bank, where he rose from Senior Accountant to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rubinsohn helped to build out their practice and procedural management, while building a finance organization as the organization grew five-fold.

Upon acquisition by Toronto-Dominion Bank, Mr. Rubinsohn was named Chief Financial Officer of the United States Wealth Management division and was responsible for reporting on a $100 million dollar division with 600 employees and $30 billion in assets under management.

Prior to working at Commerce, Mr. Rubinsohn also worked at Asher and Company, a Philadelphia based public accounting firm, as a Senior Accountant and conducted numerous audits of private and public companies. Mr. Rubinsohn received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
