Herbert Lotman

Herbert Lotman is Founder, former CEO and Chairman of Keystone Foods Corporation, LLC, a $4+ billion multinational corporation that manages the food manufacturing and restaurant distribution for McDonald's restaurants, and supplies other fast-food chains, from its 49 facilities throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America. With a customer base that exceeds 24,500 restaurants, Keystone handles 1.7 billion pounds of poultry and meat products and is currently a global leader in food product manufacturing and distribution.

Mr. Lotman is co-founder of the McDonald's LPGA Championship, which benefits Ronald McDonald House Charities. He is a board member of Strategic Diagnostics, Inc. and the Children's Cancer Research Foundation. Mr. Lotman is a member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he has served as Chairman of the Board for the past fifteen years. He is the co-founder and board member of the Macula Vision Research Foundation and serves on the Ronald McDonald House Charities International Board. Mr. Lotman served as a director of Getty Petroleum, Packaging Coordinators, Inc., and First Union National Bank.
