Michael I. Eisner, Analyst

Mr. Eisner joined GPX Enterprises, LP as an Analyst in 2008. He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities and monitoring current portfolio companies.

Prior to joining GPX Enterprises, Mr. Eisner was an Investment Banking Analyst for the Special Situations Group of National City, previously known as SSG Capital Advisors, L.P., where he worked closely with distressed middle market companies on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, recapitalizations and private placements of senior and subordinated debt and equity. In addition to his experience at the Special Situations Group, Mr. Eisner has worked for the European Union in Dublin, Ireland and the Cornell Entrepreneur Network in Ithaca, New York.

Mr. Eisner received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
