Headquartered in the Philadelphia region, with offices in Philadelphia PA, Princeton NJ and Haverford PA, GPX Realty Partners (in conjuction with its management affiliate, GPX Management LLC) was founded by Thomas Gravina and Michael Peterson. Joseph Conwell is the Managing Director and founding partner.

Collectively, the firm brings decades of experience to each investment. The GPX management team members have a track record of hands on experience and many significant achievements, including:

		Acquisition and management of over four million square feet of investments in the office, industrial, multi-family, and residential land development sectors over the past twenty years.
		Completed significant investments, financings and operating company acquisitions as part of the corporate finance division of one of the nation’s largest public real estate companies.
		Highly successful corporate finance and investment banking experience, spanning a variety of industries, with completed debt, equity and M&A transactions totaling several billion dollars.
