Nicole Fries, Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs & Development

Nicole Fries has honed her Leadership, Training and Strategic Planning skills over her 10 year history with ATX Communications, a publicly traded communications company located in Pennsylvania. Ms. Fries held a Senior Management Position with in the organization and reported directly to the Executive Leadership Team.

Ms. Fries was responsible for the retention, growth and strategic development of the ATX Commercial Customer base. It is here that she managed 40+ account representatives who were actively responsible for the retention and growth of the $144M Commercial Customer base.

Ms. Fries successfully recruited and trained individuals for the Client Relations Team as well as other key customer facing positions throughout the organization. Ensuring that these individuals were properly trained on product sets and customer service skills were key initiatives for Nicole throughout her career. She enabled numerous customer and employee satisfaction programs throughout the company.

Nicole dedicates a significant amount of her time to local charities and organizations including: Villanova University, Villanova Blue White Scholarship Foundation, MANNA and The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Ms. Fries holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University.
